2. Complete the entry form
3. Mail the form along with your money order (NO CHECKS) to PO Box 6858, CO 81615 no later than 4 days prior to the event. Entries received after deadline are NOT VALID for pre-registration
4. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign the form and have it notorized.
