If you are coming to our event without a parent or guardian you will need to download, print and complete our registration form according to the following instructions.

  2. Complete the entry form
  3. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign the form in front of a public notary.
  • Or, a parent or guardian can sign the form on site at on site registration.
  • Forms without a notary signature are not valid. You will NOT be allowed to enter.
  • A parent or guardian must sign on site or in advance with a notary public.
